About the Role:

We are looking for a commercially aware and analytically minded Revenue & Pricing Analyst to support the development and delivery of pricing strategies across our UK and overseas holiday portfolio. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and contributing to commercial growth.

You will play a key role in analysing performance, building pricing and revenue reports, and ensuring our costings are both accurate and insightful. As we continue to evolve our systems and processes, we’re looking for someone who brings initiative and confidence — someone who’s not only comfortable working with data, but also excited by the opportunity to help shape how we work.

Experience within a tour operating environment is essential, and familiarity with the Tigerbay system would be a distinct advantage.

The role’s responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Pricing Strategy & Costing
    • Support the development of competitive, data-led pricing strategies.
    • Create and maintain costings that reflect real-time.
    • Contribute to tactical pricing decisions by providing analysis of booking performance, competitor activity, and seasonal trends.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor pricing performance, occupancy, and revenue trends.
    • Identify and investigate anomalies or patterns in the data.
    • Provide clear and concise analysis to support key commercial projects discussions.
  • Commercial Insight
    • Take an active role in reviewing performance and opportunities to improve yield or address underperformance.
    • Review data, challenge assumptions, and help uncover new ways to grow revenue or optimise margin.
    • Work with the wider commercial team to translate insight into actionable recommendations.
  • Systems & Process Improvement
    • Help shape and improve the way pricing data is stored, shared, and analysed across the business.
    • Play a hands-on role in building out the reporting infrastructure.
    • Liaise with colleagues in IT and Data to improve tooling and support ongoing development.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure pricing is aligned with business needs.
    • Ensure clear and timely communication of key updates, pricing changes, or commercial risks.

What are we looking for?

We would love to hear from you if you have these essential skills:

  • Previous experience in a pricing, commercial or revenue management role within the travel industry (ideally tour operating).
  • Excellent Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
  • Confident using Power BI or similar data visualisation/reporting tools.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving systems and responsibilities.

The following criteria is desirable and advantageous:

  • Experience using the Tigerbay system.
  • Familiarity with cost modelling and pricing margin structures.
  • Understanding of yield management principles or forecasting.

Key Competencies:

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Commercial curiosity and proactive mindset.
  • Time management and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
