The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant & Bars Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role involves leading a team, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high service standards. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with the leisure club team to enhance the overall guest experience. Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Monitor and maintain the highest standards of F&B service, hygiene, and safety. Work closely with Head Chef to create tailored dining experiences for guests/members. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficiency and minimise waste. Develop promotional events, special offers and seasonal menus to attract guests/members. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally. Monitor financial performance, including cost control, budgeting and forecasting. Participate in the Duty Manager rota. What weβre looking for: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values: Proven experience as a Restaurant & Bars Manager or Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing requirements. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems. Relevant hospitality or business management qualification is an advantage. Willingness and availability to work flexibility which includes weekends, morning and evening shifts and public holidays.
