Recruitment Manager – Heartwood CollectionRecruitment ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the team at Heartwood Collection. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for both Front of House Management Roles and Back of House team members across the estate of 46 sites and future openings in the pipeline. The role will include sourcing and guiding candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding, as well as assisting the Recruitment team in developing and implementing new projects and new store openings. This will be a hybrid role, but you will also need to be able to commute to our Head Office, based in Teddington, Middlesex, once a week.
