As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa 45,000 per year:

  • Base Salary: Up to 37,000 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between 6.5k - 9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
  • Bonus: Up to 2.5k additional bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
  • A commitment to prioritise your work life balance and respect of your time off.
  • Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks.
  • 50% off food and drinks (including alcohol) from day one at all three of our brands - Lounge, Cosy Club and Brightside.
