About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Casual Chef.

Whether you're preparing dishes for a large event, a private function, or our day-to-day service, you'll bring creativity, efficiency, and consistency to the kitchen.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with fresh ingredients, and takes pride in delivering high-quality food.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and flair.
  • Contribute creative ideas to menu development and special events.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen following hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
  • Manage stock and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous chef experience in restaurants, catering, or events
  • Passion for food, strong cooking skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive, adaptable, team-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene; flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
