As one of our Assistant General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £46,000 per year:

  • Base Salary: Up to £37,000 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between £8,000 - £10,500 annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
  • Bonus: Up to £3,500 additional bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
  • A commitment to prioritise your work-life balance and respect your time off.
  • Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks.
