The Belfry Meetings and Events: The Meeting & Events department boasts 24 stylish event spaces capable of hosting gatherings of all sizes, from board meetings to large weddings and corporate events. With over 120 team members, we serve up to 800 guests simultaneously. Our experienced team ensures seamless and successful events, from celebrity golf days to themed BBQs, creating memorable experiences for all attendees. Salary The on-target earning potential for this role is a 27,248.00 annual salary, comprising a base annual rate of 25,396.80 supplemented by an estimated 1,851.20 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation package. About the role As a Meeting & Events Bar Assistant, your duties include all those of a waiter or bartender: To welcome all guests a polite and friendly manner To deliver a great experience from beginning to end To confidently talk about our drinks menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically Cleaning and good hygiene practices are a large part of this role To work across any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole.
