What you'll be stepping into: You'll take full charge of a flagship Chopstix restaurant in the Northwest- where pace is high, standards matter, and the energy never really drops. You'll:
- Lead from the front in a fast, high-volume environment
- Build and develop a strong, engaged team that's proud of what they do
- Own the numbers - driving sales, profit and performance every week
- Keep things running smoothly while staying quick to shift when things change
