WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create exceptional cocktails, aperitivi, coffees and drinks that reflect the elegance of GiGi.
- Guide guests through our drinks menu with confidence, making thoughtful recommendations based on their tastes and the occasion.
- Build genuine relationships with guests, recognising returning faces and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare every drink with consistency, precision and pride, ensuring every serve meets the GiGi standard.
- Maintain a beautifully presented, organised and fully stocked bar throughout service.
- Work seamlessly with the restaurant team to ensure drinks and food are delivered with perfect timing.
- Bring energy and personality to the bar whilst adapting your style to every guest and every occasion.
- Develop a deep knowledge of our wines, spirits, cocktails and Italian drinking culture.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, preparation and attention to detail.
- Help make the bar a destination guests choose to visit, not simply pass through.
