The Bar at GiGi is where the evening begins. It is where conversations start, celebrations are toasted and guests settle into the rhythm of a long Italian night. As a Bartender, you are more than a maker of drinks - you are a host, a storyteller and a craftsperson. Every cocktail, every glass of wine and every espresso should be prepared with care, served with confidence and delivered with genuine warmth. This is a role for someone who takes pride in creating memorable moments, whether welcoming guests enjoying an aperitivo, recommending the perfect digestif or crafting a signature cocktail with effortless precision. At GiGi, the bar isn't simply somewhere guests wait. It's somewhere they want to stay.

  • Develop a deep knowledge of our wines, spirits, cocktails and Italian drinking culture.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, preparation and attention to detail.
  • Help make the bar a destination guests choose to visit, not simply pass through.
