Maidstone – Trainee Business Manager – McDonald\’s Job Type: Full Time – 40 hours per week Our Area Director, Paul is looking for a hands-on Trainee Business Manager to help lead his McDonald’s team in the South East of England. The successful candidate would need to be located within a commutable distance to one of our existing Roadchef sites in Maidstone and Westerham or to our new and exciting location on the M20 near Folkestone (Not yet open!) . Our Teams and Managers are the face of Roadchef and we celebrate them as the most important part of our business. To help us to ”De Stress” and “Delight” our customers, we are looking for Managers who are inspirational leaders who love to coach and develop their team members. As a member of our Management team we would love you to have a passion for delivering amazing customer service and who leads the team from the front, while ensuring our customers only receive the best experience.
