Pattern: Two early shifts (3.30am-1pm), then two late shifts (12.30pm-10pm), then two days off.

PURPOSE No1 Lounges is a premium, independent airport lounge brand, with operations in Gatwick, Heathrow, Birmingham and Luton.

You are a key player in the team and you ensuring our lounges are pristine-clean at all times.

ROLE As a Housekeeper you engage with each guest to ensure that we deliver a great experience every time, creating a memorable guest experience is your aim.

  • This is a multi-skilled role with excellent training provided for each of the below areas;
  • Carry out all cleaning duties in the lounge floors, emptying bins. Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and towels in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of the Lounge achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards.
  • Use of cleaning products in a safe manner.
  • To follow cleaning procedures including use of equipment · Health & safety in the workplace including Control of Substances Harmful to Health (COSHH)
  • Keeping public areas clean and tidy.
  • Helping clean tables after customer use.
  • Working as part of a team, helping others out when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Willing to help out in every section and give special attention to an area, when needed.
  • Ensure that your attention to detail is second to none, everything has a place and is polished to perfection.
  • Always available with the right products in order to fulfil the task at hand.
  • Ensure you are engaging, greeting every guest with a hello, a smile and always saying goodbye.
  • Ensure that each toilet area is cleaned and sparkling
