About the Venue: At the top of the 'Walkie Talkie' building, Darwin is our rooftop all-day restaurant inspired by the very best of British. Laid-back but luxe, the space is inspired by nature and understated décor which allows the food - and incredible view - to do the talking!
Role Purpose: We are looking for experienced Waiters and Bartenders to join our team at Darwin Restaurant, Sky Garden's stunning rooftop restaurant located in one of London's most iconic venues. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-end, fast-paced environment where quality, service, and atmosphere are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for confident, passionate bartenders who thrive in busy restaurant or bar settings and enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences. Experience in a high-volume environment is essential, along with a positive attitude and strong team spirit. What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to a high standard
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a premium dining environment
- Working efficiently in a fast paced, high volume restaurant or bar
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment
- A strong understanding of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
- A professional and engaging personality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Up to 15.71 per hour, depending on experience (Casual Contract)
- Excellent training both on-site and externally, including food and wine tastings
- Staff meal allowance: 3 per shift / 7 on doubles
