The Role As a VIP Restaurant Host at Bagatelle, Chelsea FC, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional arrival and dining experience for our members and VIP guests.

As the first point of contact, you will provide a warm, professional welcome while helping to create the high standards of service and hospitality synonymous with Chelsea FC's premium hospitality offering.

  • The Responsibilities
  • Deliver a warm, professional and personalised welcome to all guests, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
  • Manage restaurant reservations and guest bookings using Seven Rooms or a similar CRM and booking platform.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals, table allocations and waitlists to maximise the flow and efficiency of service.
  • Build positive relationships with members, VIPs and regular guests, recognising and anticipating individual preferences whenever possible.
  • Liaise effectively with management, kitchen and service teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
  • Handle guest enquiries and requests with confidence, discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information in line with company policies and data protection requirements.
  • Support the delivery of a premium hospitality experience that reflects the standards of Chelsea FC and Legends Global.
  • Remain calm, organised and solution-focused during busy service periods and high-profile events.
  • Exercise the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when interacting with high-profile members, VIPs, VVIPs and their guests.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Host, Reservations Coordinator or a similar premium hospitality role.
  • Experience using Seven Rooms or a comparable reservations and guest management system.
  • A naturally warm, confident and engaging personality with outstanding communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • A polished and professional appearance, with a strong understanding of discretion, confidentiality and luxury guest service standards.
