We're looking for talented swim coaches who are willing to relocate to one of our holiday destinations for Summer 2026. If you speak English plus German, Finnish, Swedish, or ideally another European language, keep reading!

- Deliver fun, professional, and safe swim lessons for guests of all ages, from toddlers to adults, as well as other water-based activities.
- Tailor your lessons to support the technical progression of guests with varying abilities, while following the provided programme guidelines.
- Actively promote and sell your lessons to maximise participation and engagement.
- Take part in events such as team days and presentations to support your programme, your team, and contribute to an outstanding holiday experience – especially for our younger guests.
- You will have a minimum of Swimming Teaching/Coaching certificate (not to be confused with Assisting Teaching, Education Awards or Sports Qualifications).
- You will have gained or be willing to gain a lifesaving certification as part of the pool safety around swimming lessons.
- You have a genuine passion for teaching children to swim, as well as developing swimmers of all ages from toddlers to adults.
- You are a fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team and you are willing to commit and learn the demands of the job including work in direct sun/heat.
- You are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful.
