Role Purpose: We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our brigade. As the leader of our large brigade, you'll have the opportunity to coach, mentor, and inspire our talented chefs. We're seeking a Sous Chef who not only encourages excellence but also sets a high standard, serving as an aspirational role model for the team.
