WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 2 years + experience in a similar role in a high quality kitchen
- Willingness for progression to the next step within back-of-house operation
- Ability to contribute to menus developments, recipes and their specs
- Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
- Experience with staff training and development
- Experience with ordering and stock and cost margins control
