Leading teams and supporting stores, our managers are proudly responsible for the day to day and performance of their pet care centre. They get stuck in and are very much part of the team they head up, helping make sure customers and their pets have an exceptional experience during every visit. Store Manager
If you're looking for diverse work as you oversee a pet care centre, this is your role. You'll be the store's go-to for pet care and standards, the one leading by example, living our values and behaviours and inspiring them in others. You'll make sure everyone in your team meets and exceeds sales targets and KPIs. You'll see that customers have an exceptional shopping experience by confidently approaching them, making them feel welcome, asking the right questions and thanking them for their visit.
