Welcome guests warmly, recommend cocktails, highlight promotions, and set the tone for a relaxed and memorable experience. Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organised; and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Handle transactions, process payments, and maintain accuracy and accountability throughout your shift. Work closely with the restaurant and events teams to support food service and ensure smooth guest experiences throughout the venue.

To thrive in this Cocktail Bartender role, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar, or lifestyle venue
  • Experience with stock control and bar hygiene standards
  • Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 23kg and be on your feet for long shifts
  • Understanding of compliance with local alcohol service laws
