We're not just opening a venue, we're building a platform for world-class hospitality - a bold, design-led Food and Drink platform bringing together globally inspired food concepts and a world-class bar program under one iconic roof in Battersea Power Station.

The bar program is central to this vision and we're building a bar team that can stand alongside the very best in London - and we're looking for an exceptional Mixologist to help shape it from day one.

About the role

This is not a service bar role. This is a craft-driven, high-performance mixology position at the heart of one of the city's most exciting venues.

You'll be working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where creativity meets precision and energy meets excellence.

You'll be expected to operate at a consistently high level, delivering standout drinks while maintaining speed, control, and presence on the bar - all whilst delivering best in class hospitality.

Working closely with our Senior Mixologists and Bar Manager, you will

  • Execute a refined, globally inspired cocktail program at pace
  • Deliver exceptional drinks with consistency, detail, and flair
  • Own your section during high-volume service
  • Contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration, and progression
  • Engage guests with the best hospitality and with confidence, knowledge, and personality
  • Support the opening team in setting the tone, standards, and energy of the bar

This role is for experienced, serious bartenders ready to step into a top-tier environment. We require the ideal candidate to possess the following:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in cocktail-driven, high-volume venues
  • A strong background in creative mixology and modern cocktail techniques
  • A desire to progress in a career in hospitality
  • Deep understanding of flavour, balance, and global drink trends
  • A sharp eye for detail and pride in execution
  • Strong presence behind the bar - confident, engaging, and composed
  • Experience in leading London cocktail bars or concept-led venues is highly desirable
