Lexington Reception Services (LRS) is about providing excellent service to our clients and their guests. We attract the very best people to drive service excellence and tap into the latest technology to deliver outstanding customer service. Working closely together with our clients we provide a bespoke, sophisticated and first-class concierge-style service that reflects the environment expected by our client's community.

What you'll be doing...

  • Provide a world-class, client-facing Front of House service.
  • Proactively anticipate our client needs at all stages of the customer journey.
  • Welcome visitors, manage queues, check IDs, issue passes, and escort VIPs.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with Reception and Security to deliver a five-star service.
  • Sign in visitors, direct guests, and complete daily handovers.
  • Manage Tour Guides, their parties, and the VIP diary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the Concourse Reception, report issues, and ensure follow-up.
  • Issue forgotten passes and ensure good housekeeping standards are met.
  • Manage the cloakroom, issue lockers, maintain records, and ensure cleanliness.
  • Set up and support functions and meeting rooms, including AV requirements.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, based on 40 hours per week.

What can you bring?

  • Relevant corporate / hospitality/ customer service experience.
  • Ideally have experience working with systems.
  • High degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management.
