Support guests: Respond warmly to guest requests, from extra towels to local tips and always going the extra mile when you can. Report maintenance issues, lost property, or anything unusual to the housekeeping office, contributing to a safe and well-managed environment. Support spring cleans, deep cleans, and occasional public area cleaning if needed. Follow all manual handling, hygiene, safety, and COSHH procedures, and help create a safe environment for guests and team members alike.
To thrive in this Room Attendant role, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a hotel or housekeeping role
