The Role Are you a natural leader who thrives under pressure and loves the buzz of live events?

We are looking for an initiative-taking and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead restaurant and premium bars during high-energy match days.

In this role, you will be the operational heartbeat of our matchday experience leading supervisors, frontline staff, and back-of-house teams to deliver top-tier customer service, keep operations running smoothly, and drive sales in a fast-paced stadium environment.

This role is offered on a casual, event-day basis, with shifts available throughout the season. The Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-shift briefings, supervise onsite staff, and keep energy and morale high throughout the shift.
  • Oversee the setup, live service, and end-of-day close-down for venue restaurants and premium GA lounges.
  • Support the training of new and junior team members.
  • Monitor stock levels to meet peak demand while keeping wastage to a minimum.
  • Maintain high customer service standards, manage seamless shift operations, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in hospitality, bars, or venue/event supervision (live stadium/event experience is a huge plus!).
  • Confident communicator who knows how to motivate teams and manage peak footfall with composure.
  • Availability to work key matchdays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Calm under pressure, meticulous, dependable, and enthusiastic about creating great guest experiences.
