Los Mochis is seeking an exceptional Head Waiter / Head Waitress to join our flagship rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street, elevating the London dining scene from the 9th floor. The venue spans 14,000 sq ft, including a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with stunning views of the City. As Head Waiter / Head Waitress, you will play a key leadership role within the front-of-house team, supporting management in the smooth operation of lunch and dinner services. You will work closely with the Restaurant Management, Bar, and Kitchen teams to maintain consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all service periods.
