- WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2 years + experience in a similar high-end venue
- Spotless communication skills
- Ability to handle complaints, to turn into compliments
- Practiced knowledge of classic cocktails, of spirits, of wines and beers; of their history and twists
- Aptitude for exploring guests' flavors of choice and showcasing mixing techniques
- Familiarity with stock management, ordering and cocktails creation.
