For over a decade, we've been bringing bold Italian flavours, 100% homemade food and vibrant, high-energy kitchens to life across our restaurants worldwide. We're now looking for a Chef de Partie - Cold Section to join our kitchen teams across our Central London restaurants.

You'll be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team, leading the cold section and ensuring every antipasto, insalata and fresh starter leaves the pass with precision and pride. This is a key leadership role within the kitchen, where organisation, consistency and energy drive the service.

  • Oversee the cold section and preparation of antipasti, insalate and fresh starters
  • Ensure recipes, presentation and quality standards are consistently respected
  • Work closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety
  • Bring positive leadership and a problem-solving mindset to every shift
  • Help create the best moment of our guests' day through every plate
  • A big smile and real passion for Italian food
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Experience in high-volume kitchens is a strong plus
