  • Earnings: £12.71 + service charge up to (£14.50 per hour)

As a Commis Chef, you'll be part of a large, professional team of chefs.

You'll support the senior teams in the preparation, production and serving of our high-quality dishes and products across a range of sections.

This is the perfect role for someone with limited experience and looking to learn more about Italian food preparation and working with high-quality fresh ingredients.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience working in a kitchen in either a professional or further education environment.
  • Ability to cook to specs and brand standards.
  • Experience working with fresh ingredients and an understanding of basic sauces preparations is preferrable.
  • Strong knives skills.
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine is beneficial.
  • Availability to work flexibly across a rota that will cover mornings, evenings, and weekends with shifts falling between 7am and 10.30pm.
  • Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Right to work in the UK.
