A Day in Your Neighbourhood:

  • Mix it up: Create and serve drinks to high standards, from classics to house specials, while engaging guests with confidence and flair.
  • Create the vibe: Welcome guests warmly, recommend cocktails, highlight promotions, and set the tone for a relaxed and memorable experience.
  • Own your space: Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organised; manage stock levels and equipment; and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Stay sharp: Handle transactions, process payments, and maintain accuracy and accountability throughout your shift.
  • Be a team player: Work closely with the restaurant and events teams to support food service and ensure smooth guest experiences throughout the venue.

What's Your Story?

You bring energy, precision, and personality, and you take pride in serving great drinks with a genuine smile. To thrive in this Cocktail Bartender role, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar, or lifestyle venue
  • Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and spirits
  • Confidence in guest interaction and upselling
  • Experience with stock control and bar hygiene standards
  • Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 23kg and be on your feet for long shifts
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Understanding of compliance with local alcohol service laws
