Job Description:

  • Ensure smooth running and operations of the club on a day-to-day basis
  • Drive New Member Sales
  • Deliver Member Journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training and Group Exercise Strategies
  • Recruit, Develop & Coach Team Members
  • Drive retention strategy for the business
  • Manage Profit and Loss for the club to deliver key stakeholder returns
