Location: Bloomsbury, London

40 hours a week (5/7 days a week Flexibility is required)

About the Role:

We're searching for a talented and organised Chef de Partie to run their section with confidence. You'll produce high quality dishes, support junior chefs and ensure smooth service throughout.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes across meat, fish, pastry, desserts, regional dishes and buffet items.
  • Lead your section and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters.
  • Run shift briefings when senior chefs are absent.
  • Prepare food, equipment and materials in advance of service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and reset your work area to company standards.
  • Control supplies and reduce waste effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
  • Ensure food safety, allergen compliance and production of allergen sheets.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in a busy professional kitchen, ideally with supervisory exposure.
  • Level 2 Food Safety and basic allergen training.
  • Strong English communication skills (CEFR B2-C2).
  • Confident using IT systems and MS Office.
  • Bonus: hotel kitchen experience, Level 3 Food Safety, 3+ years catering experience.
