We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie that is ready for a new challenge and wants the opportunity to learn, develop new skills and progress within the business. With a refreshed look and feel, Opera Tavern is a buzzing and inviting tapas bar and restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden's theatre land. Downstairs, striking graphic prints by the likes of Ben Eine compliment the stylish bar, counter seating and communal table, with a warm and atmospheric first floor dining space above. The perfect place to enjoy tapas in London, the Opera Tavern will transport you straight to the bustling bars and restaurants of Spain and Italy. Head Chef Lukasz Kie basin ski and his team have created a menu of exciting Spanish and Italian-influenced dishes using the very best seasonal ingredients, alongside an extensive wine list and collection of regionally inspired seasonal drinks.
