You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team. You will oversee the hot section, preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch with consistency, speed and precision.

  • Oversee the hot section during prep and service
  • Prepare dishes following our authentic recipes and quality standards
  • Communicate regularly with kitchen management
  • Support onboarding and training of new chefs
  • Ensure the section runs smoothly during busy services
  • Respect health and safety standards at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
  • Bring leadership, energy and a problem solving mindset to every shift
  • Help create the best moment of our guests' day, one plate at a time

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section.

Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Permanent, full time position. £18.46 per hour (inclusive of tronc). 5 working days per week with 2 days off.
