You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team. You will oversee the hot section, preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch with consistency, speed and precision.
- Oversee the hot section during prep and service
- Prepare dishes following our authentic recipes and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with kitchen management
- Support onboarding and training of new chefs
- Ensure the section runs smoothly during busy services
- Respect health and safety standards at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section.
Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Permanent, full time position.
Β£18.46 per hour (inclusive of tronc).
5 working days per week with 2 days off.
