About The Role:- Guest Service
- Prepare and serve a full range of coffee, tea, and speciality beverages to brand and quality standards.
- Provide warm, attentive, personalised service for all guests.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting service area.
- Respond to guest feedback calmly, professionally, and proactively.
- Operational Duties
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and point-of-sale systems safely and confidently.
- Ensure correct food handling, hygiene, and allergen practices at all times.
- Maintain stock levels, restock displays, and notify managers of shortages.
- Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
- Quality & Standards
- Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and taste.
- Calibrate equipment daily and monitor product freshness.
- Adhere to company policies, brand standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Teamwork & Communication
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across F&B and Front of House.
- Support new team members during onboarding where required.
- Communicate operational issues or guest feedback to the manager promptly.
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Right to work in UK.
- Be creative; we do not do boxes at Zetter, so no need to think outside of it. We are always happy to bounce ideas off each other.
- Be accountable; it's your job after all. But remember we are a team; shout if you need help.
- Pay attention to details; once it is out there, it is impossible to get back so we expect your best work but always happy to help.
