The role
Bar backs are the unsung heroes of the bar, who keep everything running smoothly. It doesn't matter if you have no experience, if you're looking for your first job, or if you have a burning dream to become a bartender, join our team and build a career by working hard and taking advantage of our learning and development opportunities. As a Barback, you will be responsible for restocking products, preparing garnishes, maintaining cleanliness, general housekeeping and assisting with general bar duties. This is a hands-on role where energy, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential. It's also an excellent opportunity to learn about bar operations and develop your skills for future progression.
