The Role As a member of our F&B team, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Whether you're serving food and drinks, preparing orders, assisting customers, or supporting hospitality operations, your positive attitude and professionalism will help ensure every event runs smoothly.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in busy, high-energy environments and can remain calm and efficient under pressure. The Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by serving food and beverages efficiently while creating a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, process orders accurately using EPOS/till systems, and ensure all transactions are handled correctly.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations, including Challenge 25 age-verification procedures.
  • Keep bars, kiosks, hospitality areas, and workstations clean, organised, fully stocked, and operational throughout events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced live event environment, supporting the smooth running of service and responding effectively to guest needs.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in bar, hospitality, food service, or event environments is desirable.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with confidence in guest-facing roles.
  • Ability to perform effectively in busy, high-pressure environments while maintaining high service standards.
  • Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, and a team player with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event days, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
