Pattern: Two early shifts (3.30am-1pm), then two late shifts (12.30pm-22.00pm), then two days off.
PURPOSE You are a key player in the team.
You pride yourself on being spotlessly clean, whilst ensuring that the cleanliness of the kitchen area is pristine at all times.
You play a key part in delivering No1 Lounges food offering to a great standard every time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all cutleries, crockery, glassware, chinaware, pots and pans and kitchen utensils are washed in a timely manner to support the operational service.
- The removal of non-essential waste is taken from the lounge.
- The promotion of a clean and hygienic kitchen following all company and legal food safety requirements.
- Accurate use and storage of stock, stock control.
- Moving stores, organising stores and collecting goods from driver deliveries.
- Assisting the Kitchen with the day to day running, preparing food dishes and keeping the areas clean and ready for service throughout the kitchen.
Prepare and replenish our pantry table and any self-service areas.
- Ensure the Kitchen is clean at all times by completing regular cleaning.
- GENERAL
- You will be working in shifts, so arriving in good time for the start of your shifts and logging your shifts using the No. 1 time management system is important
- You must comply with all policies and procedures as written in the Employment Handbook,
- SOPs
- Be willing to help other team members wherever possible and to understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough
- Undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the Company including flexibility in hours, location and responsibilities
- Have a clean and presentable uniform in line with company standards
- Shift pattern required – two early shifts (3.30am-1pm) two late shifts (12.30pm-10pm) then two days off.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL
- Previous experience in a food & beverage establishment and/or experience of shift work an advantage
- Good command of the English language – written and spoken
• Speaking additional languages is useful but not essential!
