You\’ll be overseeing a brigade of around 7 chefs, delivering on floor catering as well as a big variety of events, from conferences and talks to private dinners and parties. The on floor catering is mainly corporate hospitality, working lunches, directors dining and other F&B requests.Our food offer is fresh, healthy and vibrant with an innovative edge. All of the food at 22B showcases RHC\’s signature creativity, whether fresh, classic or Asian style street food in our kiosks.The ideal Chef will have worked in a quality hotel kitchen or a top-end B&I contract catering operation and have great presence, personality, communication skills but above all, a love of food and drink.
