Imagine yourself thriving in this dynamic, people-centric role that\'s all about spreading joy Responsibilities: Ensure you provide a high level of customer service, at all time Taking customer food and beverage orders and processing them efficiently Answer the phone, taking bookings for parties Assisting in presenting and hosting children\'s birthday parties Maintaining the standards of safety for children in the play area Help maintain, and identify improvements in the hygiene and safety of the catering operation Following set procedures for specific duties relating to the cleaning, food handling and operations Maintaining and improving our housekeeping duties Ensuring stock rotation.
