We're looking for a Group Payroll Administrator to join our People Team and support payroll across both the UK and Canada.

The What... Working closely with the People and Finance teams you will:

  • Process payrolls across the UK and Canada
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, statutory payments, deductions and benefits
  • Validate payroll data, including starters, leavers and changes
  • Reconcile payroll reports and investigate discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with UK (PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP/SPP) and Canadian payroll legislation
  • Manage right to work and eligibility documentation
  • Support year-end processes (P60s, P11Ds, T4s, RL-1s)

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Payroll experience (UK and/or international payroll experience desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms and Excel
  • Strong communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field would be beneficial.
