From the founders of the Michelin-starred Sabor, Chef Nieves Barragán Mohacho, in partnership with JKS Restaurants, is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to be part of Legado—a brand new Spanish restaurant opening this summer in Shoreditch. We’re looking for experienced waiters/waitresses who share our enthusiasm, dedication, and passion for great food, vibrant hospitality, and delivering a unique culinary experience.
Legado, meaning ‘legacy’ in Spanish, will showcase the depth and diversity of Spanish food. With over two decades of experience leading Spanish cuisine in London, Chef Nieves is bringing her vision to life at Legado, a celebration of Spain’s regional culinary heritage. Legado will open summer 2025 in Montacute Yards, just off Shoreditch High Street.
The Position: We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Head Waiter/Waitress, but most importantly, we’re looking for committed self-starters who are eager to learn, develop and be part of this unique restaurant. Working in a close-knit team you’ll need to be able to communicate effectively, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.
The Successful Head Waiter/Waitress will have:
- Prior experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress within a fast-paced restaurant;
- Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
- A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
- Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
