Head Chef – OTE circa 55k – NottinghamWe\’re on the hunt for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the charge at our flagship Cosy Club in Nottingham.This iconic venue boasts 5 private dining rooms and a large restaurant area, with two fully equipped kitchens, you\’ll be set to deliver excellence at scale. As Head Chef, you won\’t just run a kitchen – you\’ll lead a culinary operation. You\’ll be the driving force behind delivering unforgettable guest experiences, optimising kitchen performance, and inspiring a passionate brigade to consistently raise the bar.As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa 55,000+ per year:Base Salary: Up to 47,000 per year depending on experienceTronc: Estimated between 4k – 8k annually.
