Key Responsibilities
Ensuring a safe, secure, and supervised environment for all guests and owners who visit the pool.
- Leading shifts and undertaking Lifeguard responsibilities, including monitoring pools and activities, First Aid requests and performing water rescues when necessary.
- Providing excellent service, ensuring all guest questions and queries, and managed efficiently and professionally.
- Following daily operational procedures, with the ability to action a team to respond if Emergency First Aid / Evacuation procedures where required.
- Ensuring all facilities are cleaned and well maintained, communicating with guests, and following all NOP and EAP training to ensure the delivery of an excellent service.
Experience Required
- 1-2 years working in a busy pool environment (desirable)
- All applicants must hold a valid NPLQ Qualification
- Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
- Must be available to work at weekends and during the holidays.
