Key Responsibilities
- Support the team, ensuring that you meet and exceed the required standards.
- Provide and guarantee a consistently high standard of service to guests.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding food/drinks service.
- Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Place orders to ensure stock levels are correct and gross profit margins are achieved.
