A Day in the Life at Hazel As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the success of our restaurant.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating the F&B team during service, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
Supporting the management team in training, scheduling, and daily operations.
Being the first point of contact for any guest queries, feedback, or special requests.
Working service shifts, including breakfast and dinner, leading by example on the floor.
Ensuring the team consistently delivers warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
Overseeing restaurant setup, cleanliness, and close-down procedures.
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and monitoring of food hygiene standards.
Collaborating with the kitchen and management teams to maintain excellent service flow.
What We're Looking For
Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or senior F&B position is essential.
A confident leader with a hands-on, can-do approach to team support.
