So, join us on our journey as we unveil a new and unparalleled resort. F&B ASSISTANT We are seeking a dedicated F&B Assistant to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience in a dynamic, high-quality setting. The role will offer you the opportunity to work in one of our F&B areas, including outlets such as our established Sam\’s Bar & Kitchen, The Brabazon Bar or even within our new Leisure Caf . Salary The on target earning potential for this role is 27,248.00, compromising of a base annual rate of 25,396.80 plus a qualified estimate of 1,851.20 gratuities per annum. About the role This role will require late nights in the week and weekend working. As a food and beverage assistant, your duties include all those of a waiter or bartender To welcome all guests a polite and friendly manner To deliver a great experience from beginning to end To confidently talk about our menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically To take orders from our guests and proactively ensure that all their needs are met Cleaning and good hygiene practices are a large part of this role To work across any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole. About you Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant would be preferred, but you don\’t need experience to start your career with us at The Belfry Hotel and Resort. We have a great team that will train you give you all of the skills you need to be successful. If you do have previous experience that\’s great, we will take your skills and elevate them in a department where you feel you would be the best fit.
