Food and Beverage Supervisor – Southampton 26,520 per annum/ 12.75 per hour plus service charge, 40 hours per week (5 days)We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you\’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.Are you passionate about hospitality and customer service? If so, we\’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally. Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management. Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions. Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times. Desired Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards. Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
