What makes you a brilliant Assistant Manager...
- You're an experienced, inspirational leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for your customers and your team.
- You know how to maximise commercial opportunities and you support your General Manager in controlling the business, ensuring it's profitable at all times.
- You will competently assist the General Manager in the planning, organisation and management of the pub activities.
- You will focus on the development of staff to deliver outstanding hospitality and high customer service standards.
- You will deliver on the Barons' values and legal compliance responsibilities, and proactively lead our business objectives to help to achieve the company's overall aim of 'operational excellence'.
- You need to have had previous experience as a Front of House manager in a fast-paced hospitality operation (food-led pub, restaurant or hotel) and hold a clean driving licence.
