Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for creating an authentic and memorable experience for all guests. Your role will be focused on communicating with the kitchen in order to assist the Chef de Rang in all their duties assigned for their section. You will be making and serving coffees and teas, clearing tables, maintaining glassware, china and cutlery, and ensuring to keep an excellent standard of hygiene at all times. You will be attentive and have a passion for service excellence.
