We're seeking a skilled and motivated Cluster Revenue Manager to join our Commercial team.

Reporting directly to our Revenue Performance Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue performance across a portfolio of hotels.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of hotels across leading global brands, where your commercial insight will directly influence business performance.

Working closely with General Managers and the wider Commercial team, you'll help shape pricing, distribution and revenue strategies that deliver measurable results.

No two days are the same.

From analysing performance and identifying revenue opportunities to optimising pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies, you'll use data-driven insights to maximise Rev PAR, market share and profitability.

Working collaboratively with your hotels, you'll turn commercial insight into measurable business results while adapting strategies to changing market conditions and customer demand.

  • Maximise Rev PAR, market share and profitability across your hotel portfolio through effective pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies.
  • Develop commercially sound pricing and sales strategies through insightful analysis, reporting and forecasting.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and hotel teams to deliver integrated commercial strategies that maximise total hotel performance.
  • Build trusted relationships with Hotel General Managers and key stakeholders, providing commercially focused insight and recommendations.
  • Optimise market segmentation and distribution strategies to unlock new revenue opportunities and achieve budget targets.
  • Take ownership of your portfolio, adapting strategies and tactics in response to market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Champion best practice and continuous improvement across the Commercial function.

About You

  • Proven experience in hotel revenue management, ideally across a cluster or multi-property portfolio.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, pricing, distribution and demand management.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into commercially focused decisions and recommendations.
  • Confident influencing stakeholders at all levels and building strong collaborative relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with revenue management systems and tools (e. g. PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS, Sales & Catering, Channel Managers) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.
  • Highly organised with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel, with a commitment to maintaining a presence across your hotel portfolio.
