The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cluster Group, Conference & Events Executive looking after our 4 Central London properties.

The primary objective of the role is to maximise Conference and Events revenue for the cluster through pro-active and reactive selling and commercial management strategies and techniques.

Other accountabilities include:

  • Ensuring Cluster Conference & Events objectives and strategies are delivered
  • Maximising revenue and occupancies, cross-selling between multiple properties
  • Delivering best-practice in terms of customer service to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Responding to enquiries within specified deadlines
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by ensuring details of all meetings and events are delivered
  • Preparing and distributing weekly function sheets with all relevant information to ensure events run smoothly
  • Working with the Sales team to ensure all potential sales opportunities are identified and followed up
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships and driving new business

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, deliver exceptional service to clients, be highly organised and be able to prioritise their workload. Previous experience with systems such as Delphi FDC or similar would be highly advantageous.
